The 7 easy steps to permanently erase search history on Internet Explorer are:

1. go to the “tools” tab (located on the right of the “favourites” tab)

2. click on “internet options” (at the very bottom of the list)

3. click on the “content” tab

4. in the “personal information” section of the “content” tab, click on “autocomplete”

5. click on “clear forms”

6. click OK on all the windows you opened

7. close internet explorer and then re-open it again. You’re search history is gone!
